Sharon is an innovative, agile executive coach with experience in leadership development, talent development, and career management services. As a motivational consultant coaching for enhanced performance at all levels, she has worked with senior executives across diverse functional and leadership roles in the insurance, financial services, manufacturing, banking, utility, healthcare, non-profit, and aerospace industries. Sharon is an excellent communicator and active listener who builds trusted partnerships with clients in small to Fortune 100 companies.

Away from work Sharon’s passion for fostering growth and creating in general extends to her gardening, acrylic and pastel painting and spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys walking, sightseeing, theater, museums and can be found playing pickleball as often as possible and an occasional golf game.
