Meet Our Team

Sara Coyne is an accomplished, creative, and collaborative consultant with a passion for helping others achieve their full potential. Sara served for 11 years as a Master-At-Arms Chief Petty Officer (E7) for the United States Navy. During that time Sara was responsible for the daily training and management of 104 personnel. After an honorable discharge, Sara earned her master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a special interest in the topics of stress and health in the workplace, personnel selection, workplace diversity and inclusion, and work motivation.

EXPERIENCE

• Conducted interviews with retiring talent and produced training content for successful knowledge transfer and succession practices.
• Partners with clients to understand their talent needs, identify candidate strengths and development areas, provide insight for hiring and promotion decisions, and advise on best onboarding practices.
• Leads comprehensive assessments for individual contributor to executive leaders, which includes an integration of interviews, evaluation of leadership business simulations, and interpretation of personality tests, cognitive ability tests, and motivational profiles.
• Coaches individual contributors to executive leaders by translating their personality characteristics into leadership traits, helping them reflect on how their behaviors impact their teams and results, and strengthening their performance with a growth mindset.
• Conducts measurement and talent analytics work.

Sara grew up in Minnesota and has since lived in diverse places, including Guam, San Diego, Poulsbo, WA, Dubai, and now Sandy, UT. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, reading fiction, and skiing in the Wasatch Mountains. Sara loves spending quality time with her partner, Gabriel, and their children, Cian, Liam, and Elena. As a family, they enjoy camping, traveling to new destinations, and taking their golden retriever, Wall-E, on walks and to the park.
