Alison is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist and highly qualified executive coach with significant experience in assessment, development, and executive coaching. She works primarily with senior individuals to identify and develop potential. Her experience spans both public and private sectors and she has worked with executives across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. Purposeful, pragmatic, and insightful in style, her integrated approach draws from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and positive psychology principles.
