Linda Gookin, Ph.D. Consultant and Executive Coach

Linda Gookin is a leadership consultant, specializing in assessment, development, succession, competency modeling, and facilitation. She has over 25 years of experience in consulting to a variety of industries, bringing extensive experience designing selection systems, developing executives, and leading team effectiveness and talent management initiatives. She is extremely client centric and listens carefully to better understand the business context to inform the best approach.

  • Coached a leader to understand their strengths and a path for their development in tandem with using 360 and manager feedback. After creating a targeted development plan to address skillset gaps and providing coaching, this leader was promoted from SVP to a C-1 role.
