Juli Geske-Peer, M.A. Consultant and Executive Coach

Juli Geske-Peer has spent her career honing skills in leadership, operations, and relationships, and she would be the first to say she learned many lessons the hard way. She aims to bring those hard-won lessons to her clients—helping individuals and organizations lift performance and attain their goals. Her passion lies in making a positive impact across the stakeholders she serves and empowering her clients to carry that same ethos forward.

  • Over 20 years of operational leadership experience, primarily in consulting firms, serving nonprofits to multinational organizations to improve clients’ strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Conducted operational audits and aided in implementing recommendations, with improved procedures, ROI, and customer and employee satisfaction metrics.
  • Known for providing outstanding customer experiences, maintaining high employee engagement, displaying exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and having a keen eye for talent.
  • Author of the award-winning book, 5 Senses for Success: Strategies to Thrive in Any Arena.

  • Trained and coached 150 leaders via cross-country cohorts within a global logistics company, with excellent satisfaction ratings and positive impact to their divisions, customers, and ultimate organizational success.

Juli serves on the Board of Directors for 180 Degrees, an organization that aims to turn lives around through creating safe spaces and services that honor individuals’ healing journeys. She is also a volunteer with the Conflict Resolution Center of Minnesota and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. Juli lives in the Twin Cities with her husband of 31 years and their first granddaughter—a teenager—whom they raise. She enjoys time spent with them, her two adult children, their spouses, and her four other grandchildren, and other family and friends. Hobbies include traveling, reading, writing, playing pickleball, competing in fantasy football, and enjoying the outdoors.
