A seasoned human capital practitioner, Dr. Chris Sloan draws on 25 years of experience as he partners with organizations to maximize the potential of their people. Leveraging behavioral-science expertise combined with business acumen, his mission is to deliver meaningful, business-relevant outcomes for his clients. Chris is particularly skilled in aligning science-based selection and development practices with organizations’ strategic talent needs. He has keen ability to build a strong rapport with a wide range of personalities and is recognized for his strategic approach to cultivating high-performing leaders.

Away from work, Chris is active in animal rescue and supports his own menagerie of pets. When not wrangling animals he can often be found getting in a walk or a workout on his bike. A car-lover since childhood, Chris enjoys tinkering on old sports cars and is a frequent competitor in a historic racing series. As a UGA graduate, he would like to say “Go Dawgs!”
