Neil, originally from South Africa, currently resides in Portland, Oregon, following previous residences in California and Texas. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he values spending time with his family while exploring the Oregon coast and countryside. An avid animal lover, he cares for three cats and a dog. Neil has a keen interest in woodworking, dedicating time to restoring his 1930s home and maintaining his garden. He is an active member of the Guild of Oregon Woodworkers’ scholarship committee, contributing to community service and training. Additionally, he is a keen supporter of Texas Longhorn football.
