With 20 years of experience coaching and consulting at world-class universities and around the globe, Lindsay Read brings a well-informed, creative approach to her work with high-performing and high-potential leaders. A passionate lifelong learner, Lindsay has mastered many different conceptual coaching frameworks, and is adept at determining which one is the most relevant to use with her clients. She loves working with leaders around the world to help them navigate organizational change and create rewarding careers for themselves and their teams.

Lindsay grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and has lived in Chile, Germany, Chicago, Washington, D.C., currently residing in the Twin Cities with her husband and two kids. She loves getting outside year-round to bike and cross-country ski. With a deep interest in nutrition, she’s constantly trying new recipes in the kitchen, allowing her to consider parallels between cooking and leadership. As a former trumpet player, she enjoys seeking out local jazz and live music.
