Grace Poon is an expert in leadership effectiveness and team dynamics and brings 18+ years experience to help organizations select and develop the right leaders for their business goals. She currently resides in Hong Kong.

  • She has had more than 18 years of experience helping organizations to select the right leaders and develop future leaders through her leadership assessment and development work. She also works with C-suite teams to support their succession planning and alignment building, and conducts coaching for senior executives.
  • She works with clients who are Fortune 500 multinational companies, and high growth local or regional companies, in industries ranging from consumer goods and apparel to technology, finance, science and manufacturing. She also supports institutional clients such as tertiary educational institutes and some local government departments.
  • Prior to joining MGP, she was involved in a number of consulting-related projects, including at the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Assessment and Training Centre (ATC) and has worked on consulting projects with government departments.

  • Grace holds a Ph.D. in Management, and an M.Phil. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is the Honorary Treasurer of the Division of Industrial Organizational Psychology within the Hong Kong Psychological Society. She is a certified trainer of Hogan Assessments.
  • She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
